Hoe zeg ik op?
Stap je over naar een andere leverancier? Dan regelen zij de overstap. Je hoeft verder niets te doen. Ga je verhuizen? Dat is het mogelijk om je energiecontract mee te nemen naar je nieuwe adres. In alle andere gevallen kun je telefonisch (085-3032652) of per e-mail contact met ons opnemen om je contract te stoppen.
Let op: je kunt altijd opzeggen, maar houd wel rekening met de opzegtermijn van 30 dagen.
Wanneer je gekozen hebt voor vaste tarieven kan het zijn dat we een opzegvergoeding verrekenen op de eindnota. Bij het variabel tarief zijn geen kosten verbonden aan het beëindigen van je contract.

Please consider our notice period of 30 days. If you are switching to another supplier, they will arrange the switch. In all other cases you can contact us by phone (085 30 32 652) or by e-mail.
If you have opted for a fixed rate, it is possible that we will charge you a cancellation fee on your final bill. With the variable or dynamic rate there are no costs involved in terminating your contract.
We work with contracts that can always be cancelled monthly. With Vrijopnaam, you are never tied to anything.
Do you have a variable contract for electricity (and gas)? Then you can always cancel it free of charge. Have you opted for a 1-year fixed rate after 1 January 2022 and are you cancelling within one year? In that case, we do charge a cancellation penalty of € 50 per product (electricity and possibly natural gas).
Not necessarily, since you can terminate your contract with Vrijopnaam monthly. When you end your energy supply contract, we pay you back the remaining value of your Panelenopnaam. Your investment depreciates linearly to zero in 9 years. We do charge € 15 administration costs.
